Our Company
Xquare Building Solutions specializes in commercial concrete and masonry construction. Our founder, is an experienced architect and construction manager with over 30 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of over 800 completed local and international projects.
In 2010, he launched Xquare, focusing on providing general contractor services, project management and estimates. After a successful years and great economic climate, Xquare expanded their business by incorporating construction services, providing their clients with excellent management, craftsmanship and a skilled labor force. This expansion positioned Xquare as a competitive alternative in concrete and masonry construction in Central Florida.
José Guzman, our founder and president, was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. He has a bachelor’s degree in 1994 from America University, and a master’s degree in Construction Management from Javeriana University. In 2000, he moved to the United States and began working as a construction manager and managed major projects throughout Florida.
